JEAN PIERROT - Nature Of Things - ULTRA RARE

Nature Of Things by Jean Pierrot is an ultra-rare photographic book celebrating a profound connection with nature and the freedom to feel comfortable in one’s own skin.

In May 2019, photographer Jean Pierrot travelled to French Polynesia with one of his muses, Slovenian multimedia artist and documentary filmmaker Lucija. Over several days, they explored deserted motus, lush untamed jungles and mountain spring-fed rivers, capturing the spirit of natureofthings through Pierrot’s distinctive photographic eye.

The resulting photographs and short films celebrate a sense of oneness with nature, freedom and self-expression. The entire project was captured exclusively on film, giving the work an intimate and tactile visual quality.
